Meet Nick- Our Franchisee. Nick began owning and opening our first location in Burnsville with his father, David. While Nick is a true Minnesotan, he started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK when he was in school at the University of Wisconsin, Madison as a mover and this actually gave Nick the idea and opportunity to start a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in his hometown. What started as a two-truck operation is now 75 operations with 11 locations, all thanks to Nick! In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

If you need to know anything about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Dan is the one to talk to. Dan has been working for the moving company for 20 years where he started as a mover. Since then, he has held pretty much every position in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, so Dan knows his stuff. Dan also has this extreme passion for our company. You can hear it when you talk to him and see it in his work. We all appreciate the leadership that Dan gives throughout our business. When Dan is not living and breathing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, you can find him bowling a 300 or sipping a super fancy craft beer.

Introducing Joe, our operational maestro and Senior Director of Operations and Asset Management at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. With a remarkable tenure spanning over 15 years, Joe embarked on his journey as a driver at our Burnsville location, steadily ascending the ranks to assume a management position. A mentor to many within the team and alongside other managers, Joe is fueled by a genuine passion for coaching and aiding others in reaching their goals. His pivotal role as a senior leader at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is cherished, and we are delighted to have him as part of our fearless leadership, shaping the success of our team.

Introducing Nathan, the top dog of move execution and safety at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As our Director of Move Operations and Safety, Nate is responsible for orchestrating our training programs and guaranteeing that every team executes moves with the utmost safety standards in the field.

With an impressive 11-year tenure in the moving industry, Nate started his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK back in 2011, with his expertise at our flagship Burnsville location. His quest for knowledge led him to Tennessee, where he expanded his skill set with another franchise group. In 2021, Nate returned to his roots in Minnesota, reuniting with the Bailey and Son team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Introducing Sally, the creative force steering our marketing ship. Her love for marketing is only rivaled by her deep affection for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Sally's commitment is so unwavering that she left and returned, a testament to her passion for our brand.

With over seven years under her belt at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, including two impactful years in Minnesota, Sally is the driving force behind our marketing magic. Her enthusiasm for her work radiates through the captivating campaigns she crafts, leaving an indelible mark on our brand identity.

When she's not immersed in the world of marketing, Sally is soaking up precious moments with her husband and two little ones. Beyond the boardrooms and brainstorming sessions, Sally embodies the spirit of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, making her an indispensable asset to our team.

Meet Jess, an invaluable member of our customer service team whose dedication to helping customers is unmatched. Joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK a few years ago, Jess has established herself as someone who connects effortlessly with our customers, providing comfort during what can be a stressful time. Not only does Jess excel in customer service, but she also delights her coworkers with delicious treats, for which we are truly grateful. Chad is our Director of Customer Experience. He’s been part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since the early 2000s, when we were just a small little office in Burnsville, MN. Over his years of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, he has worn many hats—from sales and operations to marketing (yes, he even remembers the days of the Yellow Pages!). Now, he’s taking charge as our Director of Customer Experience.

Chad goes beyond simply moving furniture; he’s dedicated to fostering genuine connections and ensuring that the moving experience is enjoyable for our customers. For instance, there was the time he ventured out alone during a blizzard to assist a senior citizen with their move—because sometimes, you really have to go the extra mile when it counts!

Meet Jillian, our sales team's secret weapon! With eight years of experience, she's a pro at helping customers navigate their moves. She's also our go-to trainer, ensuring new move consultants are just as amazing. Customers love her knack for making even the most stressful days feel easy. When Jillian's not working her magic, she's hanging out with her nieces and nephews or exploring new places. And she absolutely loves the family vibe at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®.
