The movers were a top notch crew. Handled the move quickly and efficiently. Explained everything clearly - what they could move and what they couldn't move and why. Were courteous, good personalities. I would, without hesitation, use 2 Men again and especially the crew that moved my household items.

Ordered 2 Men and a Truck. The dispatcher was nice enough but didn’t input the correct address or moving items into the system. The movers arrived on moving day not knowing what they had to move or where they were taking it. They moved the items to the truck and discovered once we reached the final destination that the truck would not fit. I had to use my personal car going back and forth to the truck they parked outside my apartment gate. They had to walk a dolly from the entrance to my apartment and then freight evelevator to the 24th floor. What was supposed to take 1.5 hours took 4 hours and some change. What was supposed to be a very easy move took up my whole day with me being very involved in the move. Probably the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The guys were great though

The two moving guys were great, really careful handling despite stairs and very long hallways. Autumn the office lady was very nice, answered all questions clearly. Jerry, the fellow who estimated the amount of time and material was likewise knowledgable and friendly. It was an overall excellent experience during a stressful time.

Atkins and (can’t remember the other guys name) were very nice! They took the time and made sure we had everything. Very impressed with the two of them, we laughed and talked and they made it a breeze! The only thing I would say is to be care with the walls and furniture. Some scuff marks were left, but very easily cleaned off. If I had to move again, I would prefer to have these two move us!

I couldn't be more pleased with our stress free moving days. Often times people experience nightmare situations using moving companies, but couldn't be more happy with the level of service we got from start to finish. Our movers were polite, on time, eager to help and very careful with our stuff. Thank you for making it go so smoothly!

Our receipt # is 0291-16361, I put that on here because I can't recall the names of the two men that moved the furniture so I hope that will determine who they were. The two men were very excellent, hard-working , and very efficient. They were delicate with the heavy furniture that they had to move. Never once complained. Also, they were very nice and funny guys. The work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend two men and a truck to friends and family.

Overall, the experience was good. By and large, my property was placed from point A to point B without damage. Two minor issues

1. The movers removed the lamp shades and handed to me. But they did not return the shade screw caps.
2. The customer service rep who placed my reservation never answered the call directly over several days. I had to leave a message, and hope she got it.

They ruined my Pottery Barn bed frame and said nothing about it. They used a screwdriver and screwed the wrong sized nails all the way through the bed frame. VERY disappointed.
