I didn't want to use your service as the woman in the office (Anna) didn't return my calls or emails when I was trying to get this scheduled. Several of my pieces of furniture were scratched and/or chipped after a close look. A door knob was dented, wall scratched, couch cushion had new snags all over the material. They leaned a 127 lb box of scaffolding against plastic shelving in the garage and left it there. I did not notice this until after they left and cannot move this by myself. My shelving is being destroyed. The move was quick and the men worked extremely hard in the heat, but they need to consider the care of the items they move much more. Additionally, they charged me for an extra 15 - 20 minutes they took to go get something to eat. I am supposedly be refunded this amount.

Over good had a few bar glasses broken and 1 table that forgot to be set up they kept my screws but fast good at what they did otherwise I would recommend and call back myself....

Its very good service, its like customize service theu are easy to approach and staff and movers were very cooperative. I got few things broken during moving otherwise it was very good experience

I have used Two men and a Truck before with terrific results. Unfortunately, the moving team I had this time did not care about my belongings. They padded very little and multiple things were damaged. A changing table was completely demolished. When I ordered the move I specifically mentioned a bronze that had to be padded and needed extra care. I mentioned it to the movers who carried it out to the truck— without any padding—and leaned a ladder against it. My daughter & I removed it and moved it ourselves. They moved a dresser down a staircase by sliding it in a blanket and letting it thump its way downstairs. Amazingly, they brought the same size truck that moved me from NC, and yet they had less to move, and still made 2 trips. Inexperienced and unprofessional all the way around.

Our experience with the office staff was excellent, everyone was always nice and knowledgable. Unfortunately we did not have as great of an experience with the moving team. They were nice and courteous however several of our upholstered pieces had black dirt markings from the truck, our washer has paint markings and our antique desk was scratched and visibly damaged. There were also several markings on the hardwood floors and dry wall holes at our old house from them moving stuff.

Because of the actual moving experience I would not work with or recommend this company again.

I have two holes in my drywall to repair. One is the size of a tennis ball.

Movers arrived late & proceeded moving furniture one kitchen chair at a time then picked up speed they put a large hole in the first floor Hall wall facing staircase trying to Bring down a Chester drawer they took pictures we wrote up damage report next upon arrival to new address my nitestand, headboard, footboard drawer, diningroom table &Chester drawer all damage again pictures & damage reports completed. This was a nightmare move. The first time I used your services I was completely satisfied hence reason for repeat. I spoked with the mgmr he explained that he would have someone go to my rental unit & make the repairs & the furniture would be taken care of he is aware of the problem but have not returned any calls which he stated he would call me the next day employee sent him email

Inefficient and reckless. Property not padded and/or wrapped. Multiple items damaged including doors and walls. Took far longer than past move and with less items. Charged for more hours than movers actually worked. Team, while nice guys, were clearly not trained properly.

Our experience was awful. It was very easy to book and the girl on the phone was helpful. I clearly told her we were moving a 1500 sq ft house and a 10x15 storage unit. When the movers arrived they were very slow and just threw things in to the truck. They did not pack efficiently and could not bring all our things. We said that's fine let's do two trips. At that point they got an attitude..when they arrived at our new house they were tossing things around the truck and swearing. They broke two door frames and scraped all out paint going in to our basement. They couldn't get our couch in the back door so they pushed it out on to the deck and just yelled fine when we asked them to leave it. The manager and owner have been extremely unhelpful. We are EXTREMELY disappointed.

The two movers were slow and did not have time to move all our things as we only had the elevators booked for 4 hours. They showed up 30 min later than stated on the invoice. After unloading half of the things one of them got fired over the phone. He stood outside in front of neighbors kids cursing and yelling at his boss over the phone. We argued with him not to leave with our things, he closed up the truck and was going to take off with them. They ended up moving the rest into the hallway, we had to carry everything to the rooms they were going to. THEY DAMAGED A LOT OF OUR THINGS! At first they made attempts to help, the repair man could not fix everything. Have not heard from them for weeks. No compensation. Keep finding more damaged items. No one is returning my calls.
