Arrival time was on schedule. Alec and Sebastian were both friendly and capable. One note ... I'm sure they were trying to stay close to the quoted time, but it seems like they could have had a little more urgency and carried more than one box/bin at a time. But maybe that's what they are instructed to do. All in all, from start to finish the process was easy and professional.

The moving guys did a poor job. They joked around and didnt focus on my furniture.
Unfortunetly, my wood dining table has lots of damage now thanks to the moving men. Scratches, chips, hunks of wood gone - makes me wanna cry. The cost of the move and the damage ??????
