When I called the office to schedule, the staff was very helpful. They carefully explained the services and options and scheduled me as soon as you had an opening. The two men who came were on time, friendly, professional and very quick. I was so pleased with their work and in the future will definitely use your company again.

Movers were great!! It was pretty hard to get ahold of the office though, unfortunate that there aren’t more hours the phone line is open.

All was good, except the window was missed by an hour and half, sat waiting quite awhile. But everyone got here and got it done.

The scheduling process was easy though the woman who took my call was not very friendly. Everyone else was friendly, especially my moving team. I was a bit skeptical as they appeared quite young, but they took great care with my things & full explanations. With fresh paint and refinished floors the team laid down pads and took extra care not to scuff walls! Very satisfied with the job done!!

From the initial booking process through to the pick-up (move) and delivery (move), the teams from the Rochester and Clarkston locations were outstanding. Very responsive and accommodating to a few special requests to meet our timelines and moving requirements. Great job.

Both movers were extremely professional. Based on these two gentleman, I would use the company again. Because of the amount I have used this company in the past 3 years, it would have helped to reduce some of the costs.

The 3 young men that came to move a glass curio cabinet were very polite and moved my curio quickly after wrapping it well. The only problem was when they backed into a branch that was hanging over the driveway and snapped it off.
