I have one item( a globe on a gold stand) that was put in one of the packer's car because he said there was no more room on the truck. I think he forgot to take the item out of his car. I still have not received it. So far I have gotten no response from telephone calls. That is my only complaint.

The movers broke my roll top desk in half at the new house delivery, however, I decided not to submit a claim because they put it back together with a nut and bolt kit they had brought with them and they took very good care and a lot of helpful time with all my other items. The desk was not originally mine, so I was not certain of its condition before we made the move. It was very pretty, however, that could have been why the previous owners had left it for me when I bought their condo.

Though my movers were nice they were very inexperienced. They dropped 1 box while moving with luckily no damage, but did not notify as they thought I was unaware it happened. They dropped a large dresser with minimal damage but damage nonetheless. They moved very slow. I have moved 3 times previously with the same furniture and never lost an entire day like I did with the last move. I heard them make comments about them not caring it was taking so long because they were getting paid. Their motivation to finish the job timely was lackluster ultimately costing me more money. Time was lost on multiple occasions on their behalf. After my dresser was dropped nothing was moved for 30 minutes while they resting. Also never received a call from management that was I informed would be coming.

Everyone was good to us through the whole process & we appreciate it! The movers were very friendly. There is only minor trim damage but it’s because quarter trim wasn’t present so I will just put it on & everything will be good. I feel Robert should be in customer relations since he was the most friendly, not that the others weren’t. I just felt he had a talent for customer service.

We hired two men and a truck to pack and move our apartment into a home we bought. One of the two men sent were amazing and went above and beyond. The other packed our toothbrushes literally ON TOP of our plunger, bug killer with personal items where it sprayed all over, wall decorations weren’t wrapped at all. Pretty much every box done by this guy was screwed up. Called numerous times with no call back to report the issue. This same guy told the nanny to add him on Facebook and if she ever moves he’ll do it for her for much less, paying what we were for services and hearing this wasn’t pleasant. If it weren’t for the woman I booked with in the office or the one professional mover I’d give an overall negative score in every category.

I was very impressed with Lori who helped me schedule everything for my move. She was very helpful, courteous, and provided excellent customer service overall. The movers seemed very friendly and remained professional, however it appears that they were not careful with our furniture. The dresser from the bedroom is busted on the bottom right, there is a gouge on the side of the nightstand that needs to be repainted, and the kitchen chairs and adirondack chairs are scuffed up and missing paint from being stacked on top of each other. Although the customer service from Lori and the movers was great, Two Men and a Truck did not impress me with their care for my belongings. I am unsure if I would use your company in the future or recommend it to friends/family.

I wouldn’t use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
The 2 men were very slow to prolong the time more and charge you more. We had just 2 bedrooms and boxes and I get charged $1000 for a 17 miles distance.
I paid extra to cover my mattress and they didn’t provide what they promise.
They suppose to come between 11am-1pm. They show up at 2:15pm
When I called they told me they will take care of the assembly and reassembly and they didn’t do it for me.
I’m so disappointed.

The packing job into the storage has one big mistakes (if more I don’t know yet). However that one mistake is causing a very large inconvenience. A saw that could have easily gone in the middle or front was placed in the very back bottom left corner. Now we need to move everything out and back in. I, along with others, do not understand why experienced movers would have done that. Why did I pay them if I have to take everything out again and put it back? A man has tried to get it also asked why they did that. People are commenting that two men is supposed to be reputable, why in the world would they have packed the saw back there. Will you guys come take care of this for free? We also have a very hard time believing the weight. Apparently the movers didn’t turn in the weigh slip though.

Was very disappointed that they got their truck stuck on my property and destroyed my lawn getting it out. HUGE tracks and tore up grass. Not even an apology or any attempt to repair the lawn. Thanks a lot! I didn’t bother to call as I signed off the paper work before this happened and don’t feel like fighting with you to make it right.
