I was initially told by mover 1 my total bill was $400. I reminded him that they still had a bed frame to move. Mover 2 had told me they did not have the proper tools and would "swing by the office to pick it up" on the way back to my home. Once home I realized they also forgot a dresser and glass shelves. The next time they presented the final bill it was $700! I am still not happy!

Karla, I know we had a conversation after this move and we regret how the information was presented to you at the time. We will take this experience and make this process is not repeated with future customers. The walk through at the end of the load is how we generally catch those items that may be left behind. If that process was not completed with you then we apologize but thank you for bringing your concerns to us and allowing us the ability to resolve your issue.

used your service to move out of house into storage unit April and they broke my bookcase and took months to resolve without being able to repair. This move was from storage unit into new construction home. I will say the young man that moved up from Georgia did a great job and VERY polite, the other two not so much. At least 6 picture frame,mirror frames broken or gouged. Tempur pedic mattress lo

The guys were awesome - they did a phenomenal, outstanding job - they were very personable and worked well together as a team to make my move a fun smooth event.

My suggestion is for the office team - I had to reschedule the move date but did not receive an email regarding this and wrote down the wrong date - thanks for accommodating me regardless but emails are always good reminders.

You know what they say Teamwork makes the dream work. Rescheduling is part of the business. We are sorry if the updated email did not reach you in time. Sometimes due to the fact that our emails come with attachments they end up in the spam and/or junk folders. We do our best to let customers know this detail. The guys were friendly and did a fine job, however, I felt like it should NOT have taken them 4 1/2 hours to move the few pieces of furniture they moved for us. In addition, charging me $100 to move these items approximately one mile down the road is extremely over priced.

Pam thank you for your feedback. The $100 travel charge you incurred covers the time it takes our crew to get from our offices to your pick up location and from your final drop back to our office at the completion of your move. We have found that our customers prefer to pay a set fee for this time than the debate about how long it should take from our location to you and then back. We do offer that option (port to port charge) if a customer requests it. If you would like to compare the 2 costs we would be more than happy to discuss the difference. As far as the 4.5 moving time goes we do have policies on prepping furniture to be transported safely and effectively. If these protections add time we apologize but take great pride in moving those pieces safely. Thank you for letting us know your feelings on both pricing and charges.

I have used Two Men and a Truck three times recently and have had an excellent experience each time.

Everyone from the office staff to the movers have been so accommodating and helpful. Moving is such an exhausting process but your team truly makes it as easy as it can be.

I greatly appreciate the service you provide and that you were there for me during the difficult process of moving!

We were very satisfied with the service that we had with Two Men and a Truck. Our move date keep changing and the office staff was great to work with. We had two large trucks moving a home, and the crew was efficient and handled everything we had without a problem. They exceeded our expectations on time it took to move everything. Quote came in perfectly. Great service.

Work ethic is terrible. They did a lot of joking around and standing around. Took several breaks. 3 guys took nearly 10 hours to do a job that 2 Safeway Moving guys did For us 5 years earlier, in about 4 hours. You should quote the price and that’s it, that is the price regardless of how long it takes. We would have paid the same money without complaint. The time it took was ridiculous.

Im sorry Kim that the crew did not meet your requirements on that day. As far as a quoted price goes we simply cant just quote a price and charge that price no matter what. Customers circumstances sometimes change and they might not always have the time to inform us that there will be ether more or less than the original estimate entails. That would not be fair to the customer or fair to us to expect that an estimate never changes. I know that if given the chance again we would be able to make you happy regardless of your past experience with us or another moving concern.
