My experience with your company was outstanding from start to finish. Arranging an appointment to move a refrigerator was easy, and the office staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Our moving team, Kobe and Marcus, were punctual, efficient and absolutely delightful to work with. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to hire Two Men and a Truck for my next moving adventure! Sharon

The efficiency (work ethic) of the movers was unsatisfactory. All 4 were nice guys, but they didn't earn their pay. The move took much longer than expected and therefore cost much more than expected. My previous experience was not like this. I understand 1 of the guys was sick and we didn't pay for HIS time, but the effect that his illness had on the productivity of the team was far more than expected. I also witnessed multiple things being treated poorly/roughly, boxes clearly marked "this side up" placed upside down, items ended up in the wrong rooms (some were told to do so by us, others somehow read the labels wrong). Everyone was VERY tired. I think you guys need to account for feeding the movers so they can keep energy up! Overall, very unhappy and will not use 2 Men again.

Some of our beds were not reassembled properly and missing screws. It not safe to put kids in those beds and we learned a tough lesson when the bed moved to inspect work. Our shelving unit also wasn’t handled properly by one mover and resulted in missing parts and unusable shelving.

The two young guys that helped us move were awesome! They wanted to make sure the move was efficient and timely and they worked their butts off. Really glad we had both of them working with us and we beat the rain!
The only problem we occurred was my credit card was charged by accident for another person's move. I was promptly called and told of the mistake, but then was told that they can't credit my card the $460 until then next day because a manager wasn't in to approve it. It just shows you need to be careful when running cards like this.
