The whole experience was very good. Fellas were quick and courteous. Only one blemish when setting the top half of the armoire missing the dowels and suffering slight damage. In the end I would hire them again. They were fast and freindly.

This move was a disaster from the minute the team arrived. Justin came in with a horrible attitude and explained that he was hurt on a previous job. Keegan was an awesome help and literally moved my belongings by himself for almost 4 hours. The replacement for Justin was Bill and he was in no shape to move that day and was sick and unfortunately not helpful. When hours later, Kenneth arrived, the team of Kenneth and Keegan actually got things moving. I wish that these two had been my movers from the very beginning. Also multiple belongings were damaged somewhere in the move and I don’t have the patients or trust in Two Men & a truck to repair or replace them. A bookshelf was completely broken, an organizations unit has multiple corners damaged, my dresser was broken as well as my bed frame

My experience was overall positive. Justin was a rockstar but I felt that he was left to pick up a lot of slack with Sadi was subbed out. his replacement was not as efficient nor experienced which added time onto the clock. My red velvet sofa was also ripped ( i sent a note in today about both issues).
I would use you guys again, stuff does happen but i'd like to see some remedy on the issues outlined. thank you

It would have been nice if they would have told me about the noticeable ding they put in the basement door and the broken piece of molding when they were trying to get the washer and dryer out of the laundry room. If they had said something I would have removed the door for them. I will repair them and not looking for a call back or reimbursement, but if they needed something like that done they should ask, or if they do damage something it would be nice to be told about it, not go back and find it later. I will use 2 men and a truck in the future if I need things moved, I have used you a couple of times and have always been happy with the experience, not upset about this one, but thought this was worth mentioning.

Very nice men, courteous, friendly they carefully wrapped all our furnishings. One cabinet the glass broke so they took it back with them, then I received a call explaining how long it would take to replace the glass and that they would keep us updated and deliver it when it was repaired.
Very happy with Two Men and A Truck!

Have your black felt markers ready. The movers did not protect the legs of all the furniture, therefore many of the chair legs were scratched exposing light wood beneath. A dresser required repairing, with a wait for repairs for weeks. The repairman did an EXCELLENT job of repairing, but my furniture should not have been damaged in the first place. The drivers locked the truck while running in my yard, and it took them 45+ minutes with a hanger to unlock the truck. It was raining on moving day, and they did not cover my wooden dining room chairs. The young men were very polite, but should have taken more care with my items. I would not use Two Men and a Truck again.

Movers were great and performed in less than the quoted timing which was also great. Some of the walls got dinged up and there apparently was an issue with a toolbox (front cover being broken) however it's not cosmetic but it also wasn't brought to the attention of the owner either

Two Men and a Truck sent 3 movers as announced, and it seemed to be going well. They were hard working individuals and were done in the announced time. They claimed that there was no damage and hurried away. After they had left, I discovered several broken or damaged furniture items like a chair and a dresser, and lots of scratches the hardwood floors and doors, some of them about a 1/16" deep. Also some of the furnitures had white paint on it, apparently from doors where is was scratched along. The company had committed to be very careful with the hardwood floors, but apparently the movers had just dragged the furnitures across the floors. I sent and email with all the pictures to Kaleb, the contact I had negotiated with, but didn't receive any response.

Communicating with the office team was difficult. I had to make several calls because I wasn't getting their emails. Office staff was polite but did not assist in figuring out what was wrong. It worked only when they replied to my email. I was told I had to pay on the day of the move; my office staff had to make a call to have an invoice sent.
The moving team initially went to the wrong address (20 min in the opposite direction). They left a large item in the elevator at the pick up location. At the drop off location, I told them where to put the item but they said nothing then or at check out about not having it. The custodian at the pick up location found it. I reported the problem immediately; 2 days later the follow up caller knew nothing about it. I would not recommend this company.

First off the movers called me between 12-12:30 and told me they were on their way. I told them I wasn't ready yet ...they were scheduled to come between 3-5pm. When they arrived the main guy wanted me to come with him and let the 2 other guy's move my furniture, while in the kitchen I could tell they weren't very experienced so I started directing them. They weren't careful with my furniture, and after they left I noticed my walls had been damaged when moving my furniture to the garage. I was very stressed watching them try to get my furniture out the door, they were trying to get my refrigerator out and banging it, I told them it didn't fit so they needed to take off the doors. I could tell the head guy didn't like us telling him what to do. My refrigerator was dented and I was charged
