Our movers were fabulous, it was so hot out and they still loaded and moved fast. Not one complaint. They were so helpful and courteous. I am quite impressed with how they worked in the heat. With the heat index the day we moved it was 106 degrees. I felt horrible for them, but they said they were fine and not to worry.

will not recommend you to anyone! cant believe you would send your people out on a job using faulty equipment! a job that should have only taken maybe 2 hours ended up taking 3 or more. again, I wouldnt recommend you to anyone!

Four men and two trucks showed up on time. They worked in pouring rain while making sure our belongings were securely covered. Once loaded they met us promptly at our new residence and although they were tired they did not take a break until the job was finished. They truly cared about our things and were extremely courteous throughout the long rainy day.

The service was for moving one resident from one apartment to another. The 2 men & truck workers were not prepared. They went around knocking on neighbors doors asking for tools to be able to break down the residents furniture. They moved a few items and left after 45 minutes, per the resident. They called into their dispatch and said they were here for 2 hours. When the "old" unit was walked the first day back to the office it was found to have more then half of the residents belongings still in the unit. So the resident and Cedarshores staff assisted in moving the rest of the belongings. The 2 men & truck office was notified of this situation immediately. The rep stated she would contact the manager and call me back. No call received back.

Showed up on time. The two lead guys were very hard working, helpful, experienced, very nice, have great personalities. They worked great with us (2 very stressed, tired, senior citizens). It was obvious to us they were training the 3rd guy with them, and they were patient with him, and were teaching him how to move things, etc. They treated our belongs carefully and didn't bang into walls or damage our belongings. You are very lucky to have two such individuals working for you, and we werevery lucky you sent them to us for our move.
