The only reason I did not give them "excellent" is because I do not give "excellents" to anyone, not even myself. Excellent implies perfection and we all know nothing is perfect. There is always room for improvement somewhere.

Movers were very courteous and worked efficiently while ensuring that all items were moved safely. All items were loaded and unloaded in an efficient and organized way. Movers were very friendly and offered advice on how some items were packed.

The movers did not take care with the furniture. All the furniture has been scratched. They either didn't wrap them with plastic or didn't cover them with blankets. In addition, they tried to squeeze furniture through small doorways and so a brand new table is now damaged with indentations and scratches. In addition, they broke the frame of one of the beds so the bed frame cannot longer stand on its own. They were rushing and did a poor job with the move. I was very disappointed since I had used this company before to my satisfaction.

I thought the movers were moving quickly at first but then slowed down about half way through the move. It seemed almost as if they were trying to stretch the move out to make a full day out, stretching it out longer than really required. I kept seeing 1 individual frequently looking at his phone, like social media. He would put it away when I seen him. They joked and laughed a lot. These were a younger crew. I hired an outfit some time ago that used Veterans that seemed a few more years, mature. They were much better. I tried to hire them first but they were not available.

<div>Greg- I appreciate your honest feedback. I have addressed the social media concern with our staff and apologize if that was the case. I also look over your profile and it looks like we came in an hour under your estimate. I am sorry again that we were unable to exceed your expectations and I hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future. Enjoy your new home.</div>

We were very happy with the services that the 4 men provided us. They were very professional and very respectful. This was a hard move for us. We lived there for 32 yrs and we had accumulated a lot of stuff. I couldn't get over how fast they loaded the truck. It was amazing how much they could carry. We would have your company move us again. Thank you so much--they provided excellent service!!
