Office team was great. Ashlyn was awesome to work with throughout the whole process. Movers showed up a little late the day of the move. One crew, the one who handled the paperwork and his partner, were great. They moved my main floor and second floor in the same time it took the other crew to move out stuff from my walkout basement. The second crew wasn't nearly as professional and good as the main crew. I had 2 tv's damaged in the move in which Ashlyn took care of. I just noticed a side table in my bedroom damaged and I am also missing the shelves for my bookcases(on the second floor) and microwave glass insert that was in the basement. All in all, I would give you guys a 3/5 and thats only because Ashlyn was professional and courteous throughout it all.

Overall, the move went better than I thought . It seemed to go smoothly. The guys were courteous and in a good mood. It was our first move with a moving company so I had been anxious. Unfortunately, some furniture did get damaged but I'm suppose to get contacted by today for remediation.

We used you for packing AND moving. Packers were efficient and packed our apartment in a few hours. We had 2 trucks on moving day. One was packed full and 1 only 1/4. The movers took care of furniture but damaged the brick on our threshold.

Super fast and efficient. Only thing was had one broken mug in a box that was clearly marked fragile.

My experience was excellent except for the chip on the edge of my dining table. Neither of the workers mentioned it before they left.

While i appreciate the movers attempts to be quick and maximize trips I was disappointed to see how they handled my furniture. Watching them roll my furniture around on the floor like they were balls or something seemed unnecessary. It wasn't until the day after the move I noticed my living room table had 3 gouges on the edges that weren't there before. Probably due to one person carrying it vs. two down 3 flights of stairs. My couch feels like it has lost it's shape after the way it was man handled through door ways. The movers jumped right into the move which worked for me but if they are going to go through motions of wrapping furniture perhaps they should wrap furniture that has sharp edges in case they come in contact with newly painted walls.

Biggest gripe is how they handled wood furniture. They didn't realize you DO NOT place the corner of a wood piece (bearing a LOT of weight) onto CONCRETE or any hard surface. I cringed when I saw that happen (and yes, it did leave a mark).

The movers started out well but they did not pack correctly and could not fit all our stuff and told us they would have to leave it behind or make more trips, and I told them I needed everything. if they would’ve packed the stuff that had to go to the dump last it was on the way to The new location, could of went to dump and came back and got the rest ended up a second crew had to go out to the old location to get the rest, when first crew got to the new, they unloaded very fast and we’re bumping the walls they broke our weight equipment and didn’t put it back together, they didn’t move the bed to the basement and set up the new bed so when the second crew came with the rest of the stuff, they had to do that work. Although they didn’t get all our stuff, the second crew was great.

They moved me in a timely manner but they miss up my bed post scratched up my entertainment center and left a black mark on it. The drop my dresser and wanted me to sign the paper before they showed.. other than that I like everything else that the gray area that they needs to work on

Crew was energetic at first but seemed to tire later. Attention to detail was good until unloading at which time things got put away in a haphazard manner. Some items that I had taped to the equipment that were required to reassemble were lost. The small items such as assembly screws for wall unit were lost also. I found some items on the floor of the truck.
