Excellent service all around - from the office team (Ashlyn), the packers and movers (Jesse and Washington). Always communicated with us to know exactly what we needed and how we’d like it. Worked efficiently and quickly. It was a long day but they got us all moved in and set up. I would highly recommend the Flint Team. Thank you!

In the last 24 years you have moved me 7 times, my kids families 4 times and we've always called you because you do a good job until now, I don't know what the new business model for the Flint location is but it is terrible, this move was a horrid experience and was not even completed. The two men that came for my move were exceptional! They moved everything with ease and care. Traveled 3 hours to my destination and unloaded with the same care. This is my second or third time using this company and have never been disappointed with the service.

Setting up the appointment was great! Quite a few of our items arrived at our house with additional dents and dings. The railing on the stairway of our brand new house has scrap marks. The desk had contents from the drawers dumped on the floor in the basement and left. Hanging bagged clothes tossed on floor filling closest instead of hanging on the bars. Couldn't walk into closet.
