It would be helpful to let us know that the start time is the time the truck will leave their facility and not the time they will arrive at job. Very happy with the young men that did the work. They were polite, helpful and pleasant.

The three kids that came to move our stuff were unorganized, slow, and chatty. I ended up moving half of the stuff from the house to near the truck and they still charged me for an extra 30 minutes. I’ll never use this service again.

A shout out to our move team! Ashlyn provided friendly phone service and clearly explained the cost of our move from Grand Blanc to Ann Arbor. It was reassuring to hear from the team prior to the move and again the morning of our move. The two men, Matt and Tim, in the truck, arrived timely and worked efficiently. They were careful, friendly and polite. Thanks so much for your excellent service!
