The young men comprising the four person team you provided, were very courteous and quietly went about doing their work. If they were uncertain about something, they would ask me how to proceed rather than just doing work they felt best.

The men were polite and strong. I hired a professional company to insure things were packed safely and were protected as much as possible while driving across the country. What I received was a bunch of guys who shoved things in. Items were not secure and the truck was packed to the brim even though we still had more things that would be going into the truck at a later time.

After looking over your move notes, it seems the crew was not able to fit everything in the truck as there were more items at the move location than expected. If we are not giving a proper inventory of items, it is hard for us to give an accurate estimate. We encourage you to call our office if you would like to discuss this further.

Tyler and Justin moved a crazy big couch for me, from the store to my home. They were professional and quick to get the massive piece of furniture placed in my living room in perfect condition. Ashlyn was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Thank you.

I was very happy with my moving experience. The office person, Ashlyn was so nice and my movers, Scott and Caren, were amazing! The had great customer service skills, great upbeat personalities, and they worked hard and took very good care of my furniture. I recommend you ask for them by name for your move.
