On the day all my stuff was packed and moved I was unable to supervise. They left a bunch of things unpacked when I said the whole house needed to be packed. My basement was flooding when they were moving things in so I was so flustered as to why my new house was leaking that I didn't pay close enough attention to the paperwork at the end. He scanned over it and told me what to do. As far as insurance was concerned he said they didn't break anything so he just said he marked zero. A TON of my stuff was damaged. My antique Anri angels were shoved in a duffel bag and broke. They were my grandmothers. I'm sickened and disgusted with this company and myself for being too frazzled to go over everything. Now I can't do anything about my damaged items and I'm heartbroken.

I have moved numerous times and the 4 movers that helped me from 2MAAT were absolutely the very BEST team I have ever had. Exceptionally courteous, clean, careful, hard working, and efficient!! They were great.....will recommend you to others. Thank you!

The arrangement was pre-set, so it required only a brief call identifying a date I was ready for the move. This was an in home furniture move. The movers arrived, both very neat in appearance, on time, and smiling. That was so nice. They introduced themselves and asked what I would like done. They VERY quickly and efficiently completed my requests. As they were leaving I noticed an item I had forgotten and they HAPPILY moved that, too. They finished much more quickly than I could have imagined, while taking good care of all items they moved. I am EXTREMELY pleased and would certainly use your services again. All went well. The men were efficient and friendly!!

I had no problems with my movers except the two buffet pieces that were moved had chips missing from their tops! I was lucky and found the missing pieces on the floor. I had glued them back together but am disappointed in their care of my expensive items. They also lost a coaster to a glass table that heavy glass sets on. We searched the truck but could not find it.

Let me start by saying that the driver was nice but he had 2 new people to help him. One was trying to help and the Blonde hair guy wasn’t. It should not have took 9 hrs to move me with 2 beds, 1 dresser, 2 tv stands, 1 dinning room table w/6 chairs, 1 desk, and a bunch of bags and boxes that were already packed, NO APPLIANCES. It was unbelievable. Things weren’t being wrapped right or at all. I had called the manager Joe and he told me I had too many bags and boxes over my limit. I asked what limit? No one told me it was a limit and he only wanted to take $100 off. It’s $175 an hr. I was not happy camper. The driver worked it out for me. If it wasn’t for driver, it would’ve took even longer.
