The service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that I was supposed to get a call when the movers were on their way, so I could wrap up and leave work in time to meet them. Not only did they not call ahead, they entered the vacant property when I was not there and removed the refrigerator. There happened to be folks working in the house at the time and let them take it. But then the crew had to sit and wait for me at the destination anyway because I had not been called, and I had to I drop everything at work to rush home to meet them. So I also did not get a chance to make sure they did not damage the new kitchen floor I had just had installed in the old house. I really wish I had gotten the call I was promised. Outside of that I am very happy with the move.

The move started out ok, but when it came time to start physically moving items, it deteriorated. We had 3 movers for our move and were only having them move the large items from our home. They were disorganized in their approach to which rooms to do first, and it made it difficult to keep them from moving items we didn't want moved. They damaged a few pieces of furniture, damaged parts of our home, took apart items that shouldn't have been, didn't take apart items that should have, didn't put items back together (or properly), dropped items, and left parts at the old residence. For the amount of money we paid, this should not have happened. It also took excessively long for what was being moved, and how many movers we had. We are NOT happy.

One of the movers put a hole in the ceiling but the manager called me immediately to rectify the issue. The movers were very courteous and both had a great sense of humor. Overall it was a good experience and I will use this company again.

Overall, I was happy with the movers. They were courteous and respectful. They kept a constant work pace. I am concerned with a lost item and damaged item, but staff is following up so I believe the issues will be resolved.

Crew leader was VERY GOOD. Did notice several scraped walls the next day. Some scratches on furniture. I know people who had a great experience with the moving of FINE items with this company.
But I think if you just want a company to move basic thing this is the best company for the price.

My lamp was broken and my front door hinge was not out back on once the deliver and set up was complete. Other than that they were good. It was a brand new lamp so I’m a little upset about the lamp

Two Men and a Truck are my heroes. I tried having my couches delivered to my downtown apartment 3 times through the furniture store, but every time the delivery men were unwilling to drive their truck into my alley. Two Men and a Truck had no problem navigating the alley and got my move done in less than an hour. The men were friendly and helpful and I wish I had hired them in the first place.

Overall the move was good. However, one light fixture in the home was broken and one bed wasn’t put together evenly. They didn’t remove the plastic wrapping off my sofa and when I removed it some of the leather was taken off. I think the items were from the effect of the heat in the home during the move, which made the move-in very uncomfortable.

The movers were professional and courteous, and everything made it without damage (just a missing railing from a bed frame - I called and am awaiting a response on the railing).

Movers broke my conference room table in pieces and I have photos, they tried to make a story to deny it which was unprofessional. The legs cam apart from the table top when they removed shrink wrap and they said it was like that to deny that damage happened during transit. It was hard to get a damage report from the crew and I took photos. They took the broken pieces of table top, legs and any loose hardware with them and walked away with no closing discussion.
