The whole team was fantastic. We had to reschedule several times and the office staff was so nice about that. The moving team was great. They were friendly and very professional. I would definitely tell others to use this Brownstown group.

The men were great. They made the experience fun. The only thing that was wrong was They scratched my entertainment center. It looks like they slid boxes across it.

My white bed set has some black marks, like greasy hand out it together, I'm having trouble getting it off.

No complaints on office staff. Got date I needed on short notice. Scheduled arrival time betw 2p-4p. Moving team called me 11:45a, arrival time now 5p-6p. Call later, now arrival time 8p. Unacceptable! I called office. Another team sent at 4:30p, drop off was 5:45p. Great,however they were careless & in a hurry! Put long, low 1950's dresser on 1 small dolly & stacked it high enough just to clear door. It see-sawed on cement coming thru door & took lg chunk off back corner. Also,left dresser in bedroom location on only 3 of its wheels & put bed together (side rails) wrong. That left extra work for us before my 4 hour drive home. Call I received from staff the next day for feedback was missed. When I called back, 2 hours later, person who left message was gone.We never did connect!

Did not watch close enough. There was damage to may hand rails on the stairways. Required refinishing. I only had a bed, mattress, box springs, one love seat and large ottoman to move. 20 minutes......tops. I’m in my 70’s.....too large for me to move. Didn’t mind paying the minimum hour rate. Jim

I was shocked at how poorly this team handled all of my items. Sooooo many things broken and damaged... I was almost in tears over all of the furniture and damage that was done to my apartment and my furniture. I'm a handicapped woman... And was treated very poorly. My favorite pieces were extremely damaged. I feel that I should be reimbursed at least half of what I paid for this move.
I was asked what my most important pieces were. I pointed out my sofa and my marble table. Both were damaged so very very bad.

They did not finish the, blamed it on me. That I didn’t accurately determine the amount of my things therefore they didn’t send a big enough truck or enough movers. They failed to get a futon in the house because they were 2 much in a hurry to remove s fee screwd. They did not put my beds back together. They scratched corners of my walls. They knocked my security sensors off line and when the supervisor called the next day to see how it turned out. He was arrogant and self serving. I made a huge move stake using your company. Completely dissatisfied. I will not ever recommend your services to anyone,

The movers were very courteous and worked well with me,my only disappointment is they did not have enough room on the truck they brought to take all my belongings,I was asked to make a decision between a few big items which one I wanted them to take,afterwards I had to make several trips myself to complete the move to my new house. For the price I payed for this service I found this unacceptable and would not use or recommend this moving company again.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK did a great job handling a difficult move very quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.
