The team of 4 men were very kind and respectful. The only damages I noticed so far because we haven’t had our move in yet was the chipped base board trim, scrap in front door which a representative called me 1st and said they were sending someone out to fix and I saw a small scratch in my new stainless steel refrigerator which I haven’t addressed yet since I’ve been so busy however need to make the call.

The moving team were great. On time, efficient, took the time to understand my needs. Worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible.

Very impressed w the 4 guys who moved us! They worked fast, efficient, showed up on time, worked carefully, and were a pleasure to work with!

Our movers were excellent! They had a great attitude throughout and worked super fast. I've moved several times in the last several years, and this was my best experience, by far!

The crew did a decent job. They did miss 2 cabinets in the kitchen for boxing up items. However, they did leave me with 2 boxes and paper for anything that was missed. Overall it was a good experience.

Nancy made the booking easy and acommodates the day we wanted to move. And Matt, Ray and the guys were absolutely fantastic. They came in under budget and under time and there were times they were literally running while loading and unloading. Awesome experience.

The process went quite well. A little snafu in that the office said the time window was 2-4. I specifically indicated we would not be at the apartment in Howell until 3 as we were picking up furniture in Birmingham that would have to be moved into the apartment and would not be there until 3.. Received a text and vmail that the crew were leaving the shop shortly after 2. Didn't pickup message until just before 3. Called the office and found out the truck had left the apartment since we were not there. Office contacted the driver who came back to the apartment and completed the job quite satisfactorily.

Experience was first class from beginning to end. Could not have asked for better service.

Everything was great! I was very impressed at the speed of the move, it fast and made things so much easier for us.

My experience with this company was AWESOME!! I had a scheduled time frame for moving. I had called 3 different companies and scheduled and put down a deposit and all 3 did not show up. I was then in a big rush and under alot if pressure and stress to move. I called this company and they immediately sent people to move me. I had alot more stuff than I thought and the team recognized that and put in place a strategy to move my stuff asap that needed to be done. Without them putting the plan together for me I honestly don't know what I would have done. They actually came up with a plan on their own and then presented it to me. I was under so much pressure I couldn't think. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done. Thank you SO MUCH. We did it! Excellent service!
