Your team of mover was excellent! Mark the head guy was great to work with, always asking if I needed anything or did they do things right. All the guys that came were great, very friendly too.
I would highly recommend your services to anyone needing a mover. Nancy was a big help too, answering all my question, even though I called her all the time with questions. Nancy was always very friendly when I called with all my questions. I will tell anyone that needs a movers to be sure and use you. Thank you so much for a smooth move.

the 2 movers were very fast. they got the job done well under the estimated time. however, my daughter had a large heavy desk to move and we had suggested they take it apart so it would be in 2 pieces and easier to get down her stairs (up stairs apartment) they chose to try to move it whole and broke it. we purchased insurance and the company agreed to give her a check to replace desk.. okay that was great. when they were done unloading and putting everything in each room, it was time to finalize the paper work. They never asked us to check the truck and they just told me where to initial on paper work and sign. a few days later we realized a double stoller is missing. the company wont cover it because i initialed where they told me to. so now i have to replace that out of my pocket.

moving team did great job and had excellent work ethic and attitude.
One complaint is that they couldn't take my tread mill out of my house. Because of the policy, they were not allowed to disassemble and I had to disassemble them myself, which was totally fine, but had I known it in advance, I would have done it so that I could reduce time overall.

Ray and Brian were my movers. They were extremely professional. Very helpful and kind. They helped put a very heavy box into my moms car without hesitation. I have used Brighton Two Men and Truck before and had an excellent experience before. I would recommend Ray and Brian to move my belongings all the time!

I had a great group of professionals move me. They were positive and worked extremely hard!

Our movers (Mr. Federick & Mr. Bean) Were very personable and cared for our furniture like it was their own. They worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with the handling of the furniture. We were very satisfied with their work.
