The moving team was really great to work with. They did an amazing job protecting my items and respecting my home. I even had a table that I was unable to fully disassemble myself that they were able to help with.

My movers were scheduled for a late afternoon arrival but their mid-day job cancelled, so they called to ask if I was available earlier. That was GREAT because it was a Saturday, so we were all able to get our work done sooner than expected. And because I wasn't ready for them quite yet, they chipped in to help disassemble furniture. They were very friendly & respectful of my things

Your moving team seemed a little inexperience in moving pianos. While placing the piano onto a transporting board, it slipped off and landed firmly onto the hardwood floor leaving a dent. The corner of the piano didn't seem damaged, but who knows what type of complications were caused internally.

Very prompt and courteous. Made great use of their time. Will definitely use them again
