Meet the Battle Creek Team

Introducing Brandon H., our Battle Creek Operations Manager! He joined our team in 2015 as a Mover and has since held the titles of Driver, Trainer, and now Operations Manager. As part of the moving team, Brandon helped move thousands of homes and businesses and earned an incredible 98% customer referral rating from his customers! In his role, Brandon is in charge of dispatching crews, moving and junk operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction from the services they receive. When he isn't Moving People Forward®, he's spending time with his two awesome children and his wife!

Lori joined the Kalamazoo team in April 2011. She has 15 years of prior customer service experience. In 2013, Lori transferred to the Battle Creek location when it opened and has been with us ever since. In her free time, Lori enjoys to golf and spend time with family.

Theresa joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in July 2014 at the Paw Paw location. In June 2015, she transferred to the Kalamazoo location as a Customer Service Representative. She truly enjoys working with customers and solving problems. When she isn't Moving People Forward, Theresa is spending time with her husband and her three children.
