Only negative was that the guys called at 1200 to say on the way and were done at 1430, so I would have believed due to 30 minutes it took to arrive that total charge would have been 3 hours. However, the estimated time was 3.5 to 5 so they charged 3.5. Still, service was solid and you earned your high Mark's overall.

As Senior Move Managers, our job is take the work and STRESS out of moving. Our last experience was a little upsetting for us, because the mover cast doubt immediately upon seeing items and told our client that he doubted the item would fit. We wish he would have spoke to us first, measured the POD and measured the item BEFORE advising the client that they may have to leave behind an item. Just a note, for training purposes for your crew for next time! The workers were very kind and had no idea how a simple statement can create a bad experience for our client. We just wish he would have measured first, and spoke to us about any issues, BUT we do like using this company.
