Moving is stressful and the team that came to my home made the experience easy. They had excellent attitudes towards the heavy lifting. They worked fast and efficiently. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Johnna
Nick and Adam both did a great job. Nick was very enthusiastic and helpful, and while Adam did a good job sometimes he was condescending toward Nick and he got frustrated when he had to move the truck for a resident to be able to park her car. I know it was frustrating to be asked to move it when they were wrapping up the job, but she lives there and we were blocking her out, so I would have expected a more customer focused response. It took a long time to move the refrigerator and it involved taking the front door of the condo off, instead of taking the doors of the fridge off. I'm not an expert, but it seemed to me that taking the fridge doors off would have made maneuvering easier and more time efficient. Overall, my experience was positive, but I wanted to share this specific info

<div>Johnna, I am pleased to hear that your overall experience with our company was positive. I can assure you that the behavior you mentioned is not the norm here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. In fact we do consider ourselves a customer service company, that just happens to move people. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please give our office a call at 207-835-8440. Thank you for your time!</div>

I found the ad on craigslist. You replied first and the office staff was professional.
I really liked the gentlemen who helped us move. They worked hard and as a team to be efficient.

Melinda
Honestly the name Two MEN turned me off a bit bc women can do this job too then Happiness!!!! The driver for my move was a woman and she did a great job. She was super strong, great at navigating the giant truck down my narrow drive and overall an excellent lead for the job. I hope that you hire more women!!!!! and include them in your marketing. Good movers know how to use tools and leverage to reduce burdens. Brain is just as important brawn in a good moving team and my team had lots of both.

<div>Melinda, you would be overjoyed to know that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was actually founded by a women. The name grew out of just what the company began with, Two Men and a pick up truck. We are happy to report that today there are many women employed by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! Thank you for your kind words about Laurel (who rocks) and the rest of your move team! We hope you are settling in well!</div>
