The moving team was professional and friendly. I like how each one introduced themselves and shook my hand. The driver did a great job backing up in the driveway. There was damage to one item from difficulty getting it through the door, but the office team has promised either reimbursement or sending someone out to fix the damage. The damage is a huge disappointment but was the only downside.

showed on packing day with Zero supplies. did not bring a big enough truck so 1/2 my furniture was left behind. driver to new location was a day late.

Terry in office was very helpful. We haven’t moved in 38 yrs, she explained the process and all the options. Our movers Marquis & Francois were great. They carefully padded & wrapped all the furniture. Everything arrived safely at our new home. Everyone on your team was very nice to deal with. Thanks!
