The office personnel were wonderful to work with...friendly, professional, and enthusiastic to please. Communication with reminders and general information via text messages was appreciated and informative. The morning of the move, Jose called with his time of arrival. He, Justin, and Germaine were terrific as they expertly prepared and moved all the furniture carefully and efficiently. A-plus!

Great service! The movers were very accommodating and patient. I was moving to a smaller storage unit and needed certain items put where I could get to them easily. The office team reached out before and after my move to make sure things went smoothly. It was a very small move but the team did there best to help me.

Very polite and personable team. Little light on muscle and technique, but not terrible. Furniture can slide or be turned on carpet, but never on pavement or concrete - that destroys the furniture. Also, when moving things through a door, sloooooowwwww down and do what it takes to not hit the door or door frame and cause damage, to the house or the article of furniture.

I would recommend more training to the moving team on handling furniture without forcing through doors and dragging on the floor.

The movers were very efficient. I only wished that they take back all the plastic wrap that they used to wrap the furniture instead of leaving it in the corner of the apartment.
