Nightmare experience. The movers did not come on my scheduled date (I booked a month in advance and called a day before to confirm). I was told an extra 1-2 movers would come at no extra cost for an expedited move the next morning -- only two movers came and they came later than expected. My credit card was charged and paperwork signed for me, no discount was applied for the pathetic service.

The office team was very professional, answered all of my questions and made booking simple and easy. The movers were amazing! They showed up in the timeframe that was relayed to me, were very cautious with my items and hiked up 3 flights of stairs effectively and efficiently until all items were placed correctly in each room.

Andrew in the office was excellent and very thorough, as well as easy to reach when I wanted to add a few items just before my service.

Office was helpful in adjusting my move date/time to better fit my schedule. The crew moving my furniture was professional and quick. Ended up being cheaper than I anticipated!

I have a lot of expensive damage due to packing negligence of electronics and furniture. The office team won’t get back to me when they say this will. This moving experience was a nightmare and I will not be using again. I need to replace an entire entertainment system because of negligence of packing. This is such a disappointment.

The team I had were sufficient, but there were many rules to follow and some things I had to move on my own. I felt that this was ridiculous considering that I was charged over $1,000 for a one bedroom apartment and I had very few large items to move. Extremely overpriced.
