Julius Paulino
This month’s Employee of the Month is Julius, also known as the human forklift, stair master, and shrink-wrap sorcerer. No box too big, no couch too awkward—he makes it all look easy (and somehow still finds time to crack a joke mid-lift). From turning chaotic move days into smooth operations to being the first to say “I got this” when others are still trying to find gloves, Julius shows up, shows out, and lifts like the job depends on it—because, let’s be honest, sometimes it does. We salute you, Julius, protector of furniture, slayer of tight corners, and undefeated champion of the truck pack.
