Five guys showed up so the move was quick! That was good as they were running late from their previous job. They had an excellent system which ran smoothly. All the guys were friendly and polite.

This move was horrific. Of the 11 items moved 4 are damaged, one so heavily it will need to be replaced. My newly finished hardwood floors now have gouges in them, and a door jam is now splintered. Beyond this the team was late (they took a "lunch" on the way to us), and charged us 1.5 hours more than they should have. I had to call the office where they determined our hours through GPS tracking.
