My movers, Matt and Aaron were courteous and quick in loading the truck from my origin location. Of the two trucks that came for the job, only one was needed for my items. Unfortunately, one of the drivers took a street in the city where trucks were not allowed, got stuck on a bridge and required police to stop traffic so he could get out, and then took a wrong turn in downtown Boston. In the two hours this happened, the other truck that had had my items was told to just andamp;acirc;€œparkandamp;acirc;€ and wait for orders. He was 15 minutes away but waiting for hours.

I would not have found any of this out had I not asked the driver for his manager and call on my own. Even then, I had to keep calling every hour for an update because no one was calling me.

Cam and Steven provided great service from the beginning up until the end. They ensured all the furniture was wrapped to prevent from damages. I will highly recommend Two Men and a Truck as well as use them again for future needs.

I had tons of boxes and a moderate amount of furniture. The movers were terrific. They were careful with my stuff, they worked very hard,
always had a good attitude and deserved every penny they made. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I found the moving team to be very efficient and competent. They called when they were on their way with an ETA, and were on time. They quickly assessed the task and executed perfectly. This is a great service for people who need help moving heavy pieces within their home. Not sure how much of this type of service comprises your overall business, but my guess would be more business could be had in this space if travel or overall rate could be priced a little bit lower. We had more to move than we anticipated (Saturday move) but the crew filled the two trucks to capacity, leaving a small amount of items in the garage and basement. The two trucks were offloaded to a self-storage facility.
Two Men and a Truck was called the following Monday and was able to get a crew to complete the job on Tuesday. All done!

I would just say that the office staff should tell the customer the exact difference between the quote and the amount owed with the cents value. I was told just that it was an even dollar amount when it wasn't.

John and forget his partner were really hard working and had a great attitude. They did a fantastic job!!
