Great experience, super friendly from the office to the moving experience!

Thank you very much. The entire process was easy, smooth and great professionalism.

Lisa from the office team had exceptional customer service. She had exceptional communication skills. The moving team was very friendly and on time. They also had exceptional customer service. However, my $282 flat screen tv was damaged during the move. It was not properly handled. I am receiving a $80 settlement for the tv. Not happy with that considering what I paid for the tv and what I spent on the moving expense.

The movers scratched up many pieces of our furniture. The scratches are very obvious. I even heard some of the scratches being made as one of the movers attached legs to a table. Yet, after I reported these issues, the movers said they hadn't seen them. This is unbelievable to me- they must not have even looked at all. I have reported these issues, and was granted a partial refund, but I am still waiting for it (a little over a week). I will certainly be advising others to not use this company.

One of my movers -Edi - was efficient and careful. The other -Edwin-was pleasant but careless and his pants were down around his butt. They arrived without the special packing materials promised for my artwork and Edwin broke the dowels on two hangings. They did not bring the boxes and wardrobes promised and when a third man showed up with them he did not have tape to close them with. There seems to be a disconnect between what the office promises and what the movers deliver.

Both of the men were extremely professional. They arrived on time with a call in advance. Very happy with the service.

This was a great move. The guys hustled and where fun to hang out with for the day. Great job.

All went well. The office was good about the moving team needing to switch days.
My team deserve a raise. They were great; fun, hard working, conscientious, responsible and courteous. There was no damage to property or buildings. I hope all your movers are as responsible and helpful as my team was. Only glitch was with office not passing on some small details to the movers. Despite that I will keep your company in mind for future moves. Good job!!

Movers were not efficient and they took longer than was necessary to complete the job.

They were great -- I wish I could've tipped them more than I had! Would use again :)
