Movers for Military
According to the National Coalitition for Homeless Veterans, one third of the adult homeless population in the U.S. are veterans. Additionally, the NCHV estimates roughly 1.5 million other veterans are at risk of homelessness due to poverty, lack of support networks, and poor living conditions in overcrowded or substandard housing. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Boston participates in a nationwide program called Movers for Military. This year we have teamed up with New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) with the goal of providing much needed essential items such as toiletries, clothing, towels, and bedding. To donate to our cause, please call us to schedule a drop off or a pickup of items.

Movers for Moms® is a community program with a mission of giving back to mothers in need each Mother's Day. We pride ourselves on not only being leaders in the moving business but also in our community by supporting an organization that makes an important impact in the lives of women in crisis. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® partners with local schools, businesses, and other organizations to collect personal care items and deliver them to the women of Rosie's Place just in time for Mother's Day.

Rosie's Place
Rosie's Place was founded in 1974 as the first women's shelter in the United States. Rosie's Place provides meals and shelters to 12,000 women a year as well as education services and other wide-ranging support needs. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK frequently donates our time to Rosie's Place by serving lunch to women in need. We also host a collection drive every Mother's Day to provide these women with essential needs such as shampoo and toothpaste.
