I was disappointed that my furnitures were not wrap even with a plastic. I even offer the plastic wrap to the movers which was not carried out. I've had multiple moves before and the furniture were wrapped in plastic, especially my glass furnitures. However I was told in order to get my furnitures wrapped I would have to pay for the wrapping cloth they provided.

The movers arrived on time, and didn't waste time. They knew what they were doing, and went to great lengths to protect my furniture. Good movers!

Movers were great. Worked non stop the whole time. My only complaint is this is the 4th time Ive been asked how it went. THREE calls to ask me how it went, now a survey. It's becoming an aggravation just for me to tell you 4 times now how good it was.
