My team gave me a hard time telling me they couldn’t fit all my items In the truck and wouldn’t do a second trip even though I had less items than I had listed on my quote because I moved most boxes personally myself . They lost the 2 feet to my sofa amd screws to put my dresser back together I’ve contacted the office three times and was told people would call me back and they never did

Move team was very professional and provided great customer service. The only issue I had was that not all of my personal item were moved to my new residence. I pointed it out to the Move team leader, and he acknowledged that a high number of items were intentional left off the two (2) trucks. I now have to move the left items on my own. Thanks.

We had an awesome team. These guys remained professional even through some adversity communicating with 3rd party pick-up. Though Tyler, the lead guy, appeared to be getting weary he pressed through. I will using you all anytime I need to make a move.
