The two men that moved us were great. So professional, nice and a pleasure to work with. Hope they are compensated fairly to keep them On your staff.

Our experience was very positive overall. The only issue we had was the 2 hour start window. Our move out required that we reserve the elevator (max 2 hours) for the move and not knowing an exact start time made this planning difficult. Fortunately the move was quick enough that our move out fell within the time reserved for the elevator.

I've used this company before and I never have to worry. I've had bad experiences with other company but never Two Men and a Truck.

Cicero and both helpers were extremely professional. Hard workers and respectful of me and my belongings.

Everything was good until after I treated to lunch. Enthusiasm was down and they were hurried. Brandon and Cicero were amazing! The other two guys need some grooming and manners readdressed

This is the third time in about a year that I utilized Two Men and a Truck. The first experience was excellent as was this experience. This was precisely due to the office agent named Debbie Tuller who handled my first and third move. The movers appointed by her were outstanding. However the middle move was not handled by Debbie and it was a disaster! The movers were rude and had no respect for my furnishings, causing considerable damage. The only reason I considered my third move with Two Men and a Truck was because I contacted Debbie and she facilitated repair and cleaning of my things with no charge, and offered a discount on my next move as restitution. Debbie should be rewarded appropriately as she is amazing, as well as the movers Leon, Kendell and Donald.

They took too much from my account and I had to close my account card

The workers appeared to not be organized, they didn't know the names of their own coworkers. Unsure of how to fill out the paperwork, called the office to assist the person on the wasn't familiar with it to assist the onsite worker.

Sheryl stated that the movers were good but she felt they were a bit slow.
