Wish that the boxes and items were placed differently overall though good experience. David was a good manager and overseer of the process. He needs to be promoted. Very calm.

The movers were great except they forgot to bring and install the middle support frame for our queen size bed

The only problem we had with the movers was they had broken a glass shelf in my china cabinet while moving it.We are still waiting for shelf to be delivered.

Our moving team was awesome. They were professional and so careful with our belongings and very mindful of our not hitting or damamging our home/walls etc.

The moving team handled our furniture with care; even some of the large, heavy pieces.

We were not aware they were going to wrap all the items, that took up the 2 hour that we were booked for. They should tell clients they will wrap everything and that takes about 2 hours. I was not prepared to pay for them to wrap my item's
