A glass shelf was lost or broken during transit and two men and a truck replaced it with no problems.

Ms. Tasha was so understanding and accommodating. With the hectic schedule of the movers and me needing service at the last minute, she was able to pull off a successful move of last minute, awkward items (a very large aquarium). After we signed the appropriate documents, they were able to move the tank and other items with no problem...and they were early, too! I was over the moon with their ability to accommodate us with caring and professionalism. If it wasn't for Ms. Tasha, we would've been lost!

Only complaint is care should be taken not to scuff floors with the dollies, maybe put some padding on the bottom of them or something. Overall great service and would use again.

Everything was great except the movers showed up an hour earlier. This normally wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't already specified that I could reserve the load dock for a very specific window. We got extremely lucky as the people using the dock had a break and we were able to use it during that time. If it wasn't for that this move would have been a disaster. In the future if you agree to a time window stick to it. You can offer to come early, but don't just show up and expect it to work.

Worker's arrived on time and were efficient and motivated. Got my entire move done in two hours.

The three men sent to my home were professional and polite. The older man of the three was obviously training the younger two men. They listened and learned. The move went smoothly and quickly and within the time frame estimated by the office. Very good experience. I would
