My husband and I were neither one advised that the freezer would not be plugged in and we lost our food inside. Our neighbor notified us late the next day after the food was defrosted that there was water leaking from our freezer. If we had known we would have taken care of it and plugged it in ourselves.

During the process of moving the owners of the house we were vacating had painters converge in on us causing extra confusion above that of normal packing and loading. The moving team didn't complain but kept a professional attitude. As a result, there was some damage to a couple of pieces of our belongings. The team leader was very responsive, and the company quickly resolved the problems to our satisfaction.

The moving team was young and energetic/dynamic however they could have been slightly more careful when moving stuff in the house (a couple of minor damages/scratches on the walls etc.). They had an excellent attitude and were all trying to do their best...I had one of the legs of a desk got damaged (cracked and almost broken) during transportation probably because of lack of padding underneath during transportation however the moving team stated that they will get it repaired and returned (awaiting)....Overall, it was a smooth move as we didn't have a lot of stuff to be moved...

Very happy with the professionalism that the two gentlemen displayed. They were very careful with my furniture and the minor damage that did occur was something they really could not prevent due to the logistics of physically moving the furniture. The minute damages were pointed out upon occurrence and addressed openly and honestly. Very professional. Will use again definitely. Thanks!

I can’t say enough about you guys! I called them when I was in a bind and needed to move on a days notice. They were there on a Saturday weekend and helped me get out and into my new place worry free. The two guys were nice and quick and got the job done and under the estimated time. Will definitely use them again in the future.
