Boxes were in all the wrong rooms, like moving team didn't even read label. I am still fighting to move heavy boxes to the correct room to be able to unload them. Kitchen boxes in game room, etc. Just get it off the truck....

We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your boxes and the inconvenience it caused. We understand how frustrating it is to have items placed in the wrong rooms, especially after a move. This is not the service we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure better attention to detail in the future. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help make this right.

Everything was fantastic. TThe guys worked so hard. They ran up and down the ramp all afternoon. They were friendly and happy the entire afternoon. They got me moved on 2 hours. It would have taken me 2 days. Thank you so much.
