Colin,my contact,never made me aware that nothing would be loaded unless in was packed in a box, even tho I told him I might need a few boxes. And when the crew showed up they wouldn't even take the glass shelves from my crystal cabinet and another. Never in all the moves I have made has a moving company refused to move glass shelves that certainly could be wrapped in a blanket and moved easily.

Everybody from the company were friendly and professional. The guys who did the actual moving of the furniture were great. They wrapped my furniture and were very careful with it. They stayed busy the whole time until they were through. I feel like I got more than my moneys worth. My only regret is that I had not used them when I moved in the past.
