The entire team was super helpful, explained everything, followed timelines as promised, and most of all very courteous and professional throughout the move.

The guys showed up on time and got to work right away. It wasn't the easiest move with moving large furniture down 3 floors but their attitude didn't reflect the difficulty of the job. They were smiling and laughing the entire time. They certainly exceeded my expectations.

The movers were not prepared for our office move although we had a pre-visit. I was told the items would be shrink wrapped and moved. None were and they never used a moving blanket. Our fridge had missing paint and dings. Dropped a file cabinet and bent the drawer.
Knocked pieces out of front door jam and weather guard, chipped shoe molding. This was a brand new building. These guys were trying very hard
but seemed untrained for moving an office. Not using blankets to prevent damage was inexcusable. I was just ready for them to finish and leave so I could cry. We could not have moved the file cabinets ourselves, but these guys were totally unprepared. They were polite, courteous and tried hard, but way too much damage. One of the movers was not strong enough to move heavy items so it delayed the moving process. When i hire 2 men and a truck, I expect 2 strong men, not a teenager.

I cannot say anything in a negative manner. My Two Men and a Truck total experience was great; and that's why I rated almost every question of this survey "Excellent" .... only two questions were rated differently; and I rated them as "Good". Had there been an opportunity to rate those tow questions "Good +", I certainly would have done so.

Really satisfied with the move. My mom's tv was damaged with a deep scratch Mark but is presently being reviewed by the claims department

The movers were very efficient and moved everything with care. I would not hesitate to use you again.

The 3 guys were courteous and had such a great attitude! If I could give them an above Excellent rating, I would!

The only thing I was displeased with was the guys did not show up until 11:15 AM. If I would have known this I could have gotten many things done before they arrived. I called earlier that morning and was Not told that they would be arriving a little bit later

Movers were amazing. Super professional and friendly. Great team!
