We have moved 4 times in the past 5 years. This was one of the worst experiences. We got two men and two trucks which put us a day behind schedule and a lot of our stuff was damaged. They didn’t wrap our picture frames and instead put them in an open box leaning against one another so an expensive painting was dented and 4 frames broken, some of which were expensive. They dropped our pool table slate in front of my wife and we’re about to leave the frame bc the custom movers didn’t disassemble it to get up the stair case so my pregnant wife had to break it down or they would have left it. They damaged my dresser and put a hole in the wall of the place we were renting. The guys worked hard packing but they did so incompetently my wife had to tell them they missed stuff. 800 characters not

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my furniture from my downstairs to my garage so I could have hardwood flooring installed. This latest hire was for them to bring the furniture back in. The guys were really good, courteous and friendly. When Two Men and a Truck moved the furniture out of my downstairs two weeks ago, they inadvertently gouged the keyboard cover on my piano against the metal front door striker. We filled out a damage claim but I have yet to hear from Two Men and a Truck about trying to fix the damage. The movers made a mistake and I can handle that. The long delay in having someone contact me about the damage is disappointing at best. If you say you are going to do something, do it please.

The movers were polite and friendly. My problems started upon inspection of my property after the move. There was a trainee sent on my move that I am not sure was ready. At the beginning I said to everyone that these items were fragile and valuable antiques. I am not sure that was understood. I am now dealing with multiple broken and damaged items.

I hired movers to remove the furnishings from my first floor to my garage (2 steps, 30 feet) so I could have hardwood installed in my house. One of the items to move was a console spinet piano. I was told that I had to have a 3 man crew for the piano. When the movers arrived the lead guy was going over the paperwork with me and the other two guys moved the piano. So why was I told that a 3 man crew was required when two men moved the piano. The guys moving the piano scratched the front cover going out the door but that will be covered in a damage claim. I have scheduled 2 Men and a Truck to return and put the furnishings back this weekend after the hardwood job is complete. It will be a 2 man job this time. Overall the guys did a great job.

This was an in house move for hardwood floor refinish. I told the movers I needed access to washer and dryer. They continued to place furniture so I did not have access to washer and dryer. I had to rearrange furniture myself to keep a path. Furniture was stacked on top of each other inappropriately (tall chairs stacked so tops of chairs scraped on basement floor, they tried to put the bed frame inside the brand new couch). After the move I was told there were prior scratches on armoire which there were not. After movers left I inspected the armoire (several scratches that ripped through cellophane, scratches on wall and baseboards). Talked to manager at the Erlanger office, sent pictures of the damage, no response. Emailed again, was told waiting for vendor. That was a week ago.

Broke 2 lamps. Offered me $25 for them. Lamps costed much more than that. Took smoke breaks often. Charged me for their commute to Mt location prior to doing an work.

Our refrigerator has some damage inside of the plastic container and holder for the container. I was disappointed about that. Wish they need to be more careful how to carry it. Also they left three work-related tools we stopped by office to drop them off

The movers called when they were about 15-20 minutes away to let us know they would be arriving shortly. Upon arriving, we conducted a walk-through of the property to assess what would need to go on the truck. The movers were courteous and moved quickly to get furniture items wrapped and wood items covered in blankets to prevent any damage in the move. The movers worked quickly and were able to get all of our "stuff" to the new house within their quoted time frame. There are cheaper movers out there, but I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent, beginning to end. I received a quote over the phone that was very close to final bill. Our moving team of 5 were courteous, hard working, fast moving but took great care with our things and had positive attitudes and great humor! They made a very long challenging day fun. We could n ou t have asked for a better moving team or overall customer service. The office checked to make sure guys arrived and then called again next day to see how the move went.
