The service was Horrible!! I had a 10-12 pick up time. They got there around 3pm. The only updates I got was when I continued to call to confirm arrival time. They finally had the actual mover call me. He said he was from Erlanger , Ky and the company didn’t know what they were doing. He also called me later as said he was coming after he smoked a cigarette.

Everyone I contacted from the arrangements to the end were very professional & nice. The moving crew was spectacular! They worked very well together and I had to encourage them to take a break. The move went smoother than I expected & in less time. I appreciate the ways things were done and questions answered.

The moving team was very professional and efficient. We were packed, moved, and unpacked in what seemed like no time. A very pleasant move. Would very much recommend to anyone!!!

I have multiple gashes in my brand new house from furniture. The movers put a hole in the ceiling of the old house and I still have yet to be contacted about someone fixing it. I am extremely frustrated and will never use your company again. It was way too expensive for the service I received

The moving team was very nice and efficient! They were careful with my belongings and set up all of the furniture exactly how I wanted it!
