Community Service in Louisville

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jeffersontown dedicates time and resources to our community and we stay continuously involved with local charities throughout the Kentuckiana area.

Movers for Moms®

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® believes that every mom should be celebrated on Mother's Day. That's why we participate in Movers for Moms® and team up with local organizations to collect essential items to be delivered to women living at Salvation Army Center of Hope on Mother's Day. in 2016 we are partnered with The Chopping Block Hair Salon, Burdorf Interiors, Zachary Taylor Elementary School, and J. Graham Brown School to collect essential items for mothers and children. To find out how you, your organization or school can join us and others aiding Mothers in Crisis, give us a call.

Partnerships and Organizations

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jeffersontown also supports several charitable organizations in the Louisville area. We work with Kosair Children's Hospital  with their annual Bike to Beat Cancer, Family Scholar House, and American Heart Association to name a few. We are committed to helping make our communities better places to live and work. Knowing that we help make these events happen and seeing the smiling faces of the children truly warms all our hearts.

Kosair Children's Hospital

For more than a century, Kosair Children's Hospital and its predecessor hospitals have cared for the children of Kentucky and Southern Indiana without regard to their families' ability to pay. Kosair Children's Hospital is Kentucky's only full-service, free-standing pediatric care facility dedicated exclusively to caring for children and is an advocate for the health and well-being of all children. The 267-bed hospital serves as the primary pediatric teaching facility for the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Kosair Children's Hospital received the prestigious Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center recognizing excellence in nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2007 and again in 2012.

Festival of Trees  &  Lights - Louisville Slugger Field

Join us for the 27th annual Festival of Trees and Lights Nov. 11 - 13, 2016. Hosted by the Children's Hospital Foundation, hundreds of volunteers design and decorate Christmas trees, wreaths and hand crafted holiday items - all of which are for sale to raise funds for Kosair Children’s Hospital.

Family Scholar House

Family Scholar House is changing lives, families and communities through education. Their mission is to end the cycle of poverty and transform our community by empowering families and youth to succeed in education and achieve life-long self-sufficiency.

Norton Cancer Institute

Have you or someone you know been affected by cancer? Perhaps you ride in memory of a loved one or to celebrate survivorship. The Bike to Beat Cancer is a one-day bicycling event for all riders who want to make a difference and help those battling cancer at Norton Cancer Institute. There are three distance options from which to choose: 35, 65 or 100 miles. Not a bike rider? You can always volunteer. Whatever you do, you are helping those battling cancer.
