Did our storage room (very small) did a terrible job. We had everything marked as to where it went and our most important totes went into that room. I had to go in and redo everything so I could find my stuff. I am 67 and didn’t plan on having to do all that. Everything was clearly marked. Moving guys accidentally took a glass piece back with them. Customer service and response time to fix the problem were unbelievable. I’m completely satisfied bc of the customer service even with the mistake. Great job.
