The movers did a good job and managed a very big move with no complaining. Some damage was done to my furniture and my house, and the movers filled out a damage report. I will be interested to see how these problems are resolved.

Christian and Mike were excellent. Young men but super professional, very courteous and respectful. We were moving valuable antiques from a high rise condo. Not easy location or items for moving but they did an excellent job and I would gladly recommend this company and particularly this team! Thank you for a great experience!

I will never use them again! With three movers, it took 6 hours to move a twp bedroom apartment. No stairs, only 3 appliances, and everything was ready to go. They were on their cell phones, and I was charged for their breaks as well. They put the boxes in random places even after being told where to go. They did not complete a walk through as well.

Office staff was courteous and explain the pricing system and sent quote promptly, with everything going on I forgot her name but i think it was Amanda. The movers Christian and Mike were very efficient and courteous . Introduced themselves right away and got to work immediately. Didn't see any slack time and the furniture is heavy.

There was some damage to items moved and also to my old and new houses -- mostly very minor problems. The movers made a note of these problems, and I will be interested to see whether the company follows up on the damage reports and corrects the problems. The movers themselves were very friendly and nice, and they worked very hard to get all of my possessions moved.

The three gentlemen were professional and easy to get along with on an extremely ugly weather day. They didn't complain a single time and took extremely care with my furniture! I can only remember one of their names, Chaz ,but all three were just exceptional!

Excellent experience! My fiancandAtilde;andcopy; used you all when he moved up here 2 years ago. So when I finally made the move we used yandacirc;??all again, and Iandacirc;??m glad we did!

The weather was tough, but the movers worked with us to ensure that everything that we had needed moved got safely to the new house. Their attitude and work ethic was great. I appreciated them immensely.

Overall we were satisfied. The move took a lot longer than we anticipated though and cost about twice what the estimate was expected. The service was good. the young men were professional and nice. They handled our furniture well except for an antique bench that was allowed to sit out in the rain for a bit :( besides that everything was great. But honestly we will be using more traditional movers for the move out of this place - not a andquot;by the hourandquot; company. I think we will get a better deal. Thank you though.
