The team that handled my move was incredible. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. They knew what they were doing, and they knew the best way to get it done. If any of the individuals on my team ever needed a letter of recommendation, I would provide it wholeheartedly. The office staff handled the booking and follow-up in the same manner. Scheduling the move with the kind and helpful office staff convinced me that I chose the right company. The moving team was truly amazing! They were helpful, listened to what I suggested, gave suggestions, were kind and courteous, actually the best movers that we have ever had! (We have moved 12 other moves.) We had furniture in storage too. My wife went ahead to make room for the movers to get at the furniture we wanted to take to our new home. When done the movers surprised us and repacked our storage room with the stuff we were leaving behind. it was a cold freezing rain day and they did a wonderful job! We are very grateful to them.

Clay, the office manager, was very professional to work with. He explained every thing thoroughly to my understanding. We had to change the move date and no problem rescheduling. Clay followed up with me the week before and the day before the move. On the movement day, 2/19/2019, their scheduled arrival time was between 8:30am-9:30am. The morning of the move, Kevin, gentleman in charge, phoned me when he was 35 minutes out. They were on time. My movers were Kevin, Leland, and William. All very professional and polite. Worked very hard running up and down 3 flights of stairs moving extremely heavy furniture and boxes. They wrapped everything with furniture pads then plastic. There was no damage to anything. The never took a break. Clay followed up w/me the next day checking on the move.
