Kay from the office team was very informative, professional, and courteous. She knew how stressed I was about relocating to a new area and was very kind and supportive. Darius & James from the Moving Team were great! They were friendly, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the entire moving process. After explaining to the guys that this would be my first time in the Chicago area, they gave me words of encouragement and provided helpful tips while exploring the city. I appreciated their work ethic, friendly demeanor, cooperation, and performance. Although my office desk was damaged during the moving process, the guys provided good customer service and informed me to contact the office team for guidance regarding my inquiry.

The movers were very professional and showed care and concern over my personal items, both loading and unloading. When unloading, they asked where I wanted items placed. Overall I was very happy with the move. Thank you! (There was one picture broken (glass) and one lamp broken in the transport, however.)

My movers were wonderful! They were eager to help and even took a few boxes that were originally not a part of their moving responsibilities. My movers were very social and kind! There was some damage to a piece of furniture, and they were very transparent about the damage and made sure it would be fixed, even though I did not select the insurance coverage. I was very satisfied and would recommend Two Men and a Truck!

The movers were very personable and had a great attitude. Unfortunately two items were damaged during the move but I greatly appreciated the movers pointing out the damage without my having to discover it later. I would definitely refer Two Men And A Truck to others.

I sent an email to Clay with photos of the damage the movers did to my walls, stairwell railings, hardwood floor and my dirty carpet from their muddy shoes.

What was suppose to take six hours or less took 13 hours! Movers broke my bed, damaged two of my walls, took an hour an a half lunch, took multiple smoke breaks, and were on their phones. Movers were unexperienced, unprofessional and moved with no sense of urgency. I will never use 2 Men and a Truck again and I am sharing my nightmare of an experience with social media and others.

the packers just threw things in boxes, they could of paper wrapped the silverware instead of just throwing in box with spices it would been easier to unpack, the boxes were not well labeled. I understand if you labeled everything in a KIT MISC box they would never finish writing spices & silver or food on the box would of been very helpful.

In the spare bedroom they asked where I wanted the bed I said " put the frame together then I will let you know" They did not and the chest of drawers the drawers were facing the wall.
I have yet to find my glass carousel for my microwave. Where could it be?
It was hard to try to keep up with 3 movers asking where all at the same time.
I had them put some things in the garage, they stacked boxes on top of my antique oil lamps clearly marked o

Will finalize my opinions when I see efficiency of repair of a couple of things dings in my old house which is on the Market.

Workers were curteous, answered questions, worked tirelessly, did bang a few heavy objects around, but the move up stairs was hard. They broke some or one object(s) because I found broken plastic but don't know yet what it goes to. Do have a broken swivel rocker recliner because the back will not slide down onto brackets after the move. Will need to turn that into the insurance I purchased for this move.
