In less than 24 hours from the move date, I got the move scheduled. Of course, on the day of the move, it rained and not just a little bit, but a monsoon. The guys weren't fazed at all. I can't express how happy I was to get everything moved despite the elements!

My moving team was very efficient. They came on time and were very curteous, worked hard thw whole time. My move was very simple and did not take very long to compete.
My only concern during the move was the lack of social distancing and no use of masks of the team. That did surprise me. Maybe it is not convenient or comfortable, however there could have been more attention to that detail.

Damaged my new wooden floors, and overcharged me with time and took too long with the little items that I did have at the house. Frustrated with service.

Will not be using service again.

In the rare occurrence damage is caused by our team, we will always repair/replace/compensate for the damaged item. Since our furniture was moved to a storage facility, your movers didn’t use moving pads. They said they would use them during transport, but they didn’t. I provided a large supply of blankets, sleeping bags, etc to use as pads, but they didn’t use any of them. They didn’t even wrap the headboard & footboard of my bed with plastic as they did everything else, although I specifically asked them to use the blankets I provided. As a result, the headboard was chipped in transit. But, the biggest issue is that one or more of the movers stole valuable items from us! A police report was filed & I notified Clay immediately. Although I was told that they would cooperate with the police & interview the movers, I haven’t been given an update or told how your insurance will cover those items.

Too much for 2 men, took over 12 hours. 2 men worked hard, should have had more men. Broke large platter, crushed a tub with framed pics, gouges in night stand and end table. Forgot bookshelves and had to have crew return to get them. I did tip the 2 who finished then found out later that one had hinted at thinking that more should be offered. He was not the one who had been here the whole 12 hours. Overall, the move was made adequately, not the fault of the kids who were working hard. They called for help and didn’t get it at the outset.

Gouged door and railing. Took legs off of couch (6) and lost two of them. Neglected to tell me and now my couch bows in the middle and I will have to replace the couch. Not the experience I had last time I used your company. Very disappointed and upset I need to replace a piece of furniture.

There are 2 broken glass lamp shades on old lamps? we took out insurance with you and a report was filled out how do I get them replaced?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.

I would be very happy to work with this team again and would recommend them to anyone

I was pleased with crew showing up on time and ready to load the truck. They were careful with the loading of my furniture. They did have some problems with getting my sofa into the residence without some damage on the staircase post it could not been avoided. I would recommend the company and crew for moving.

They were very good. One site problems my couch got a wrinkle and tear. But they are going to fix this .
