Outstanding job! I wanted to leave a tip on my credit card, but they said there wasn't a way to do that. So I will mail in a check.
Response
Hello Eileen. We appreciate the attempt at a tip. This is appreciated but not expected. We are glad your move went well.

I am very pleased with the service I got from scheduling for the unique parts of my requests. The moving team did a fine job of wrapping and loading the items.
Response

Our moving team was incredibly fast and efficient. They wrapped our furniture well and nothing got damaged. I will definitely use two men and a truck next time I move!

Everyone from the office to our drivers were awesome. Our movers Cody and Josh were exceptional! This was our 14th move and these gentlemen made it easy. They were polite, professional and very sensitive to our time constraints. Our belongings were handled with care and were unloaded without any issues.
Response
Wow Rich. That's a lot of moves. If you need a job, your experience could come in handy. :) Thanks for the review.

A team of Marion and Ian did great job! They were very professional. Wrapped our furniture nicely so that there would be no scratches. Our old apartment had very steep three flights of stairs and it was very hard just going up and down but these guys were carrying heavy items and moving so fast and efficient.
We were so happy that we asked you guys as a mover. Thank you so much!!!

My moving crew of Jason and Michael were excellent. When supervisor Stephen stopped by, he joined in as well. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.

Our movers didn’t seem motivated for the 1st hour. We were hoping all the larger things could be loaded in an hour that didn’t end up being possible. When we told them that we would just pay the 4 hours that we were quoted so we could get what had been quoted us they began telling us they had another job. They also told us we had more than we thought but they didn’t even move all that was quoted

Jennifer we are sorry to hear this. With a 96% referral rating, this is not the type of service we expect. Please be sure to contact our office if you haven't already. Our branch manager would like to discuss more to make sure we are helping you through this.

The guys were so professional and took great care of my items! They were also enjoyable to talk to and it was refreshing to be able to laugh and talk while they busted out my entire apartment move! 100% recommend this great company!
Response
Hello Ashley. Thank you for recommending us.

Our movers were great! The facility had said that my parents’ rooms were all packed, only to find out that this was not the case. The movers handled this in stride and with positive attitudes and got the truck loaded in only about 2 hours. Unload was a piece of cake. Guys were courteous and efficient. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! Thank you!
Response
Thanks Kathleen for the review. We are glad your move day went well.
