Despite initial problems, everyone worked to get things done and make the move happen. (I think if you could do in person estimates again that would solve things). Caleb and Jason were great movers and very quick…a good team!
Response
Thank you Erin. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and appreciate the feedback.

Movers took excellent care of my goods. My contract stated 6 men and 2 trucks. You only sent 4 workers which led to a 10 hr cross town move. That was my dissatisfaction with the move.
Response
Hello Mary. We are sorry that the amount of movers weren't available the day of your move. As much as we try to give an accurate estimate of time and people, there are days that we get a couple call ins due to sickness or family emergencies. Your final price should have reflected a different hourly rate and been close to the estimated final price. We do apologize for the long day.

My moving team (Kurt A., Caleb O., Cory M., and Masyn R.) did a fantastic job and in much less time than expected. A+ would use again

Shirley
The moving team was on time and went right to work. All four men were friendly and respectful of the furniture and other items. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone who is moving.
Response
Thank you Shirley for the recommendation! If you need anything in the future, please let us know.
